Suggested Use: (1 cup per day)
HOW TO MAKE DETOX TEA: Place 2 tablespoons 6 g of herbs in 12 ounces of purified water. Let it soak during the day. In the evening, bring to a boil and let simmer for 7 minutes. Strain and drink warm. If you drink more tea tomorrow, do not discard the used herbs. Place the used herbs back into the pot, add 2 tablespoons of fresh herbs, and 20 ounces of purified water. Let it steep all day and repeat the whole process. Used herbs last up to 3 days.”
Let stand, strain and serve preferably one cup at bedtime. This tea may cause sleepiness.
Sweeten to taste with honey and/or lemon drops.
