Suggested Use: (2 cups per day)
HOW TO MAKE DETOX TEA: Put 3 tablespoons (12 g) of herbs in 20 ounces of purified water. Let it soak overnight. In the morning, bring to a boil and let simmer for 7 minutes. Strain and drink warm. If you drink more tea tomorrow morning, do not discard the used herbs. Place the used herbs back into the pot, add 2 tablespoons of fresh herbs, and 20 ounces of purified water. Let it steep overnight and repeat the whole process. Used herbs last up to 3 days.”
Let stand, strain and serve preferably after a meal. Recommended to drink plenty of water. This product is not intended for long term use.
Avoid consuming during pregnancy, breastfeeding and in case of intestinal problems or abdominal pain. Not recommended for children under 6 years of age.
