Sourdough (buckwheat), purified water, buckwheat flour, quinoa white, organic, organic amaranth flour, organic fava beans, organic pea protein, organic oats gluten free. organic extra virgin olive oil, organic blue agave, sea salt, psyllium husk.

• OPTIMAL CONSUMPTION: Our bread contains no preservatives. Once it arrives, consume what you desire within the next 1 or 2 days.
• STORAGE SUGGESTION: Store in the refrigerator or in a cool place.
• CUT AND FREEZE what you’d like to save for later. It will last in the freezer for 4 to 6 months. Toast and serve.
• RECOMMENDED: Toast the bread first for optimal flavor.
